SepSys produces a line of custom made “marine & offshore air intake separation systems” that help protect your ship against the negative effects of salt water and other contaminants such as dust, bugs, sand and soot. Air intakes are the lungs of your vessel. We like to give them the attention they deserve.

Our team has over two decade of experience in high-end air intake separation systems. We can assist you with (pre-)engineering of your vessels air intakes and help you choose a solution that best fits your needs. SepSys Single Flux

The Single Flux is a high efficiency mist eliminator with multiple separation chambers. It is developed to eliminate extremely high water loads and operate in a wide range of air speeds.

Sizes and shapes
Our products our custom-made. Any size is possible. From a simple rectangular shape to more complicated shapes that best benefit the available space in your air intake.

Materials
Especially for super yachts we manufacture a lightweight plastic version of the Single Flux. This product is black so you can hardly see it behind the grill of your air intake. We also have an aluminium version of this product that can be anodized and powder coated in the color you require. The Single Flux is also available in a stainless steel (AISI 316) housing with plastic (PP) mist eliminator lamella.

The SepSys Combi Flux is our Single Flux mist eliminator combined with a filter to eliminate dust, sand, soot, bugs and even some of the smallest salt particles. Different filter classes are available to meet your exact requirements. This is “the solution” if you need very clean air.
